The enterprise was established in 2018 by Mr. Anjan Mozumder, an esteemed maritime executive and elected Director of the Bangladesh Shipping Agents' Association (BSAA). Since its inception, Mr. Mozumder has championed the company’s strategic vision as Chief Executive Officer, steering its operational scaling, asset deployment, and regional market penetration.
